Temporary cleaner required to clean offices, staff facilities and vacuuming in main shop. This position is for an immediate start until the end of March. Working hours are 7.45am to 12.45pm over 5 days. Applicants must be physically fit and have experience in cleaning either in a commercial or domestic setting. Job Summary: To provide a fast efficient cleaning services for the shop, offices and plant information chalet. To control the ordering of all consumables required for cleaning and for staff refreshments.
Job Detail:
- To open barriers, gates and staff entrance to the building.
- To empty the bins in the main office, shop office, by the entrance at the tills, toilets and canteen.
- To clean the public and staff toilets
- To clean the canteen washing up, filling and un-filling the dishwasher as necessary and return any Tearooms property to the Restaurant.
- Replenish toilet rolls, soap and hand towels as necessary.
- To vacuum all areas of the shop weekly by rotation
- To vacuum and polish the offices once a week.
- Disinfect the paths around the tills weekly.
- To order all cleaning materials and consumables ensuring stocks kept to a minimum and that store cupboards are kept tidy and well ordered.
- To order all agreed staff refreshments such as milk, tea & coffee etc. ensuring stocks kept to a minimum and that store cupboards are kept tidy and well ordered.
- To report any damages or maintenance issues to the Warehouse Manager for him to address.
