Tearooms Cleaner
Permanent cleaner required to clean the Restaurant, Toilets and Staff Areas. This position is available from mid-April. Working hours are 7am to 9am over 6 days. Applicants must be physically fit and have experience in cleaning either in a commercial or domestic setting. A good level of spoken English is required. Quote TR CLEAN on applications which should be emailed with current CV.
Please note we are unable to employ those working in Jersey on a Work Permit unless agreed in writing by their main employer or those currently not resident in Jersey.
Job Summary: To provide a fast efficient cleaning services for the Restaurant, Toilets and Staff Areas.
Job Detail:
- To open the premises each morning.
- To clean the restaurant – Dusting, Hoovering & Mopping
- To ensure all windows and mirrors are clean
- To ensure the laundry is washed, dried, folded and put away daily.
- To ensure all toilet facilities are thoroughly cleaned, swept, mopped, bins changed and toilet rolls replenished
- To ensure that all staff areas are clean & tidy.
- To advise the Manager when cleaning materials and consumables need ordering and to ensure store cupboards & the laundry area is kept tidy and well ordered.
- To report any damages or maintenance issues to the Manager for them to address.
